Old Bedians 2nd XV kick off the 23/24 season with a home game against Oldham 2nd XV. Having had an exciting pre-season Old Bedians are all fired up and ready to hit the ground running in a new league.

A mobile pack in front of a young and exciting back line is a really promising start to the season. With more players to return from injury and holidays there are hopefully some selection headaches to come. Watch out for two debutants from the Bedians Academy system, and several more academy products expected to make Senior debuts this year plaudits will have to go to the Old Bedians junior committee for their tireless work.

Oldham 2nd XV are an unknown quantity for Bedians they slipped to a tight loss last week against Trentham 2nd XV. There has been no game between Oldham and Old Bedians for many years.
