International Ticket Policy

International tickets will be distributed under the following conditions (valid from June 2013):

  • Applicants must be current paying members of the rugby section. (Includes pay-and-play members from the 2012/13 season)
  • £3 application fee per ticket must be paid before application is processed
  • The closing date for ticket applications to be processed will be set by the club and applications must be submitted
  • prior to this date. Applications made after the closing date will only be offered returned tickets, subject to availability
  • Where more than one class of ticket is allocated, the ticket secretary shall award tickets impartially and take into account the numbers in each party so that all tickets are used
  • Where there is a contest for tickets or demand exceeds the allocated amount, a fair draw will be held to decide who receives the tickets in the presence of 3 or more club members
  • Any dispute over the way that international tickets are allocated should be referred to the Chairman for a final and binding decision
  • The committee reserves the right to withhold some of the allocation to pass on to sponsors or RFU-approved hospitality companies for the benefit of the club
  • All tickets are subject to a further £7 booking fee per ticket
  • On being awarded your ticket(s) you have a strict 14 days to pay the remaining balance before tickets are redistributed

Home Tickets:
  • Members can apply for a maximum of 3 tickets per home game unless there is no contest or unlimited availability

Away Tickets:
  • Tickets are only available on request with members allowed to apply for a maximum of 4 tickets per away game subject to allocation from the RFU

Car Park Pass:
  • Only available on request and subject to availability (which are very limited) at a cost of £40 per car, please note
  • minibus and coach passes are also available at an additional cost.
  • Applications for a Car Park Pass must be made at the same time as your ticket application and on being awarded
  • your car park pass and ticket(s) you have a strict 14 days to pay the remaining balance.
