Club Captain Ben Rogerson commented,
"Chris had played in all of the first fifteen games in February, including the two important wins over Oswestry and Vagabonds. In all the games he has been a really reliable performer. Chris has been super consistent at 15, rock solid in defence and has looked dangerous in attack running onto wide moves. Well done Chris!"

Alongside, Chris' award Eugene Henry has been recognised for his contribution to player recruitment over the years at Bedians.

Since joining the club, Eugene has brought countless players down to the club, many of whom are now regular fixtures at the club.
Bedians media secretary James Hennigan said,
"Eugene has been a great servant to the club both on and off the pitch. He is a one-man publicity machine for the club. Eugene is brilliant at encouraging players down to the club whether is someone who is relatively new to the sport or an experienced back rower, Eugene has been great at encouraging people to pull their boots back on".

To thank Eugene for his commitment, the club has given him (and his recruits) tickets to the Sale Sharks v London Irish fixture on Friday 6th March.

There was no player of the month award for the 2nd XV due to all games being postponed to the weather. The 2s are back in action on Saturday 7th March with a local derby against Burnage 3s.
