Old Bedians opponents for Saturday are Glossop 3rd XV, the match serves as a double header as both a league fixture and the first round of the Robinsons Brewery Bowl.

Glossop 3s are new to the Division 3 South league this year having been promoted from Division 4 East finishing the season with just seven losses in 22 games. In the first round of the league Glossop lost 42-14 away at Bedians’ neighbours TocH.

With the added incentive of a cup run at stake both teams will be looking to give it their all on Saturday. Old Bedians find themselves in a similar league position to Glossop and will be looking to get the league campaign back on track having recorded a loss against Spartans last week.

The game will kick off at home at 3pm and with a balmy 17°C forecast the game is expected to draw a crowd.

The bar will be open from 4pm, get down and cheer on the lads!
