Conditions were perfect for a game of rugby, with the ref even complimenting the ground staff for the excellent condition of the pitch before kick-off.
Bedes kicked off and were on the front foot attack straight away. The first try was scored quickly and followed up by another, making it look like it could be a potentially long day for Glossop. Glossop refused to lie down though and soon scored a try for themselves, with their conversion bringing up the score to 12-7 to Bedes.
This would be the last time that Bedes would concede any point, and the match belonged to the men in yellow. Glossop continued to maintain the pressure on the forwards in the scrum and at the breakdown, but Bedes defended well and created space and successfully broke away into several tries.
The second half saw more of the same; Bedes managed to maintain possession of the ball and despite's Glossop's persistent defence they were unable to stop the Bedes.
Well done to Glossop for putting up a good fight and sticking at it. Good luck for the rest of the season!
